We are pleased to offer two options for families attending CoRL 2026: on-site childcare through KiddieCorp and a separate morning on-site robotics camp through IDEA Lab Austin. CoRL subsidizes both programs, and families will pay the reduced rates below. Please register before Oct 30, 2026.
KiddieCorp will provide on-site childcare throughout the conference, November 9-12, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Austin local time. Lunch and two snacks will be provided each day.
Advance registration is required to reserve a place. Please review the registration form for eligible ages, available hours, and provider policies.
Register: KiddieCorp childcare registration
Families enroll directly with KiddieCorp and enter into an agreement with the provider. CoRL provides the space but does not take responsibility for children left in KiddieCorp’s care. For security, the childcare location will not be publicly advertised.
For childcare questions, contact KiddieCorp at info@kiddiecorp.com or (858) 455-1718.
For children ages 5 to 15, IDEA Lab Austin will offer a robotics camp during the three main conference days, November 9–11, from 9:00 a.m. to noon each day, Austin local time.
The camp will feature hands-on robotics, coding, and STEM activities, with projects adapted to participants’ ages and experience. IDEA Lab Austin will provide instructors and equipment. Age group arrangements and camp availability will depend on enrollment and staffing.
Participants can register for any of the following days. Please disregard the camp location in the registration link; the final location will be at the CoRL conference site. For security, we will not publicly advertise the camp location.
Register:
The robotics camp runs from 9:00 am to noon each day. Families who need care for the second half of the day can separately reserve afternoon childcare with KiddieCorp from noon or later, subject to its eligibility requirements and availability.
If you plan to use both programs:
Register separately for each program. Camp registration does not reserve a KiddieCorp place.
The fees are separate: $25 per child per day for the robotics camp, plus $10 per child per hour for any KiddieCorp childcare.
Coordinate pickup, drop-off, and the transition between programs with the providers in advance. Please do not assume an automatic transfer between programs.
We hope these options make it easier for families to participate in CoRL, and we look forward to welcoming you and your children to Austin!
