Visa letters can be obtained from the confirmation page or via the confirmation email once registration is complete.
Please note that the Letter of Invitation is issued solely for visa application purposes and does not imply any financial support or commitment on the part of the CoRL 2026 Organizing Committee. All costs related to travel, accommodation, and participation are the sole responsibility of the individual participant.

Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be made via email to Marissa (marissa@ctocevents.com). All cancellations will be subject to a $50 fee before October 1, 2026, 11:59pm CT. NO REFUNDS (no exceptions) will be made after October 1, 2026. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty, and you can do this by logging into your registration.
