Presentations will be conducted using your own laptop, so please remember to bring an HDMI connector if needed.
Before the presentation, check your laptop and connection during any of the breaks before your session.
Arrive at least 20 minutes before your session – introduce yourself to the session chair, you can find the session chair’s name in the program: https://www.corl.org/program
Each oral presenter will have 8 minutes for their talk, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A. Timing is strictly enforced.
An author of the poster paper will give a 1-min spotlight presentation. The goal of the spotlight talk is to attract the audience to come to your poster in the poster session, instead of diving into technical details.
